Moshe Azoulay is a private investor with holdings in a variety of real estate and technology ventures. In addition to his position as chairman of RF Code’s Board of Directors, he also serves on the board of the University of Texas El Paso. Mr. Azoulay is president of Skyrise Properties, a Dallas-based commercial real estate firm owning and maintaining properties throughout Dallas and the United States. Founded in 1999, Skyrise properties also undertakes ventures around the world with holdings in Europe, the Middle East and South America.
