RF Code Technical Training for End-users - Overview

RF Code technical training is designed for technical sales, systems engineers, and support engineers. The goal of the training program is to ensure that RF Code partners have the technical background needed to effectively represent the RF Code product line during pre-sales and post-sales interactions with their customers.

Training Objectives

Delivery Format

The RF Code technical training classes are delivered via webinar as well as traditional stand-up classroom-style lecture with hands-on exercises. If attending training in at RF Code headquarters in Austin, Texas, it is suggested to bring a Windows laptop for hands-on exercises.

  • The RF Code technical training class typically takes about 8 hours to complete, including hands-on exercises. Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP), Windows PC usage, and basic problems determination skills are required.
