Sales Operations
We are looking for a collaborative, energetic, and results-driven Sales Operations professional, with experience in supporting a wide variety of sales-related responsibilities. Responsibilities
Credit Check for New Customers
- Owns Dun and Bradstreet Reporting and summarizing of data.
- Ensure cross-functional engagement through interactions with other departments.
New Account Creation
- Owns the process of validating new client data for accuracy.
- Generate Records in the order management system.
Subscription Notification Management
- Engage with customers to provide upcoming payment details.
- Update the original order in the order management system with the acquired information.
- Performs reporting analysis.
License Key Request
- Conduct account analytics.
- Ensure cross-functional engagement. through interactions with other departments.
Hardware Order Processing
- Perform data validation and order entry with accuracy.
- Responsible for obtaining credit card details from customers, as necessary.
- Ensure cross-functional engagement through interactions with other departments.
Additional Responsibilities
- Become an SME and trusted advisor within the Company's CRM, supporting the team with day-to-day inquiries.
- Assist our Sales team to administer and evaluate new sales efficiency tools.
- Continually explore new ways that we can expand our business, and work to implement recommendations.
- Ensures positive client and customer engagement experience throughout every interaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and adhere to contractual obligations with customers.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, with an eye for streamlining tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of business partners, motivating and influencing decision-makers.
- Degree required.
- Self-driven work style, able to manage multiple projects with little oversight, and continually excited to bring new ideas to the table.
- Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and Order Management. NetSuite experience is a plus.

Purchasing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Purchasing Manager to join our team at RF Code in Austin, TX. The Purchasing Manager will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies necessary for the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors.
Responsibilities
Procurement
- Monitor product availability to make informed decisions about purchasing strategies.
- Develop effective procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and warehouse, to streamline procurement processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Vendor Management
- Establish relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements.
- Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Ensure suppliers deliver quality products, and manage failure root cause analysis by working with manufacturing and engineering.
Inventory Control
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by tracking usage patterns, demand forecasts, and lead times.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent overstocking or stockouts while minimizing carrying costs.
- Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies that balance quality and value.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation, bulk purchases, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and report inventory levels.
Purchase Order Management
- Create and manage purchase orders ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor order status and resolve any discrepancies or delays in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of purchasing experience - preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ERP experience - preferably NetSuite.
- Familiarity with PLM software - preferably Autodesk.
- Ability to meet with Southeast Asia on occasion, potentially after hours during Asia's workday.
