Updates showcase enrichments to CenterScape’s UI, offering a modernized, easy-to-navigate look. New features provide enhanced security and data accessibility for more actionable intelligence.

AUSTIN, TX—October 11, 2022—RF Code, a pioneer of automated, real-time physical asset lifecycle management and environmental monitoring solutions, today announced powerful updates to its flagship asset lifecycle management and environmental monitoring platform CenterScape. The innovative updates further RF Code’s mission to provide IT organizations with real-time insight, control, and predictability over operational risks, costs, and compliance in data centers, colocation, and edge facilities.

By tracking the precise location of physical assets throughout their complete lifecycle, measuring environmental conditions around these assets, and providing analytics for improving capacity utilization and data center service levels, CenterScape decreases the risk of costly downtime, increases operational efficiency, and reduces the total cost of ownership of data center and IT operations.

In addition to a fresh, modern look, innovative updates to CenterScape released this week include:

  • Upgraded Graphing Capabilities: New data sorting features have been added, including updated handling of graph labels that allow rotation for larger datasets. Additionally, updates to sorting controls when running interactive reports and dashboards offer multiple data boundary options, giving users the ability to look at data from several different angles in order to cull intelligence relative to the organization’s specific needs.
  • Enriched Statistic Pack Defaults: The updated CenterScape platform includes more sophisticated statistical monitoring and dashboard delivery, allowing for more intelligent decision-making. Looking for key anomalies over time, such as environmental issues, users are able to establish a more intelligent baseline presenting a more proactive approach to asset protection and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Enhanced security: the platform ensures greater levels of general security against the ever-changing threat landscape.

“We are confident users will immediately see the benefits of the new design and features, giving them the ability to make smarter, data-informed decisions that benefit the organization. Accurate asset tracking and environmental data help eliminate redundant equipment purchases, manual human errors, and blind spots in data centers, all while enhancing confidence in the organization’s security framework,” says Daniel De Laney, product manager, and designer, RF Code.

Additional updates to CenterScape include easier access on mobile devices such as tablets, providing greater flexibility for accurate asset management in today’s modern distributed workplace.

"After listening intently to our customers’ needs, Daniel and his expert product team have delivered a truly world-class automated solution for remote asset management. Designed to eliminate costs, manual asset tracking, and downtime, CenterScape delivers a unique combination of active asset management, environmental monitoring, and automation for the data center. In short, our customers have more access than ever to automation and actionable business data to boost the performance of their business,” says Dale Quayle, CEO of RF Code.

Used by many of the nation’s most recognized brands, with an open API and existing integrations, CenterScape offers interoperability with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Facility Management software platforms to provide the most accurate asset data intelligence that allows managers to make better-informed decisions in real-time.
